Amy Anderson, D.C.
Dr. Amy has been in practice for 19 years and prior to joining Bakke she had a solo practice in Madison. Dr. Amy received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin Lacrosse and the University of Wisconsin Madison and then went on to receive her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa. In 2005 Dr. Amy received her Pediatrics Diplomate which required additional and extensive training. Dr. Amy is a certified lactation counselor and is knowledgeable in tongue tie and lip tie.
Dr. Amy loves being able to help families attain better overall health. She loves taking care of pregnant moms throughout their pregnancies and then their babies as well after they are born. Dr. Amy enjoys being able to watch families grow which allows her to take care of their changing needs. She helps patients with dietary advice and prides herself on being a bridge from Western medicine to alternative medicine.
Dr. Amy loves to spend time with her husband, 4 kids and their greyhound dog. She loves participating in fundraising activities like Bike the Barn as well as other charity walks and rides.
In addition to her Pediatrics Diplomate Dr. Amy is trained in the Craniosacral technique, SOT, activator technique and flexion-distraction. Dr. Amy is a member of the Wisconsin Chiropractic Association.
