The Bakke Scholarship was established in 1995 to help support educational opportunities in health care. Four $500 awards will be granted to graduating seniors, one each from DeForest, Lodi, Sun Prairie and Waunakee.

Requirements:

• Have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better
• Plan to enroll in college as a full-time student
• Plan to attend a four year institution
• Plan to major in a health related field
