Brenda’s therapeutic skills include Craniosacral Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, lymphatic drainage massage, and specific stretching techniques to improve range of motion. Brenda plans to continue her education in craniosacral therapy for pediatrics in the future.

Brenda is certified in Prenatal, Postnatal, and Labor massage therapy which allows her to have a deeper understanding of the needs of expectant mothers. As a mother herself, Brenda understands the importance of feeling your best during and after pregnancy.

Brenda enjoys providing massage for both pre- and post-natal discomfort, pain management, migraine, and headache relief, relieving temporomandibular joint dysfunction, and influencing edema. She appreciates the variety of treating athletes, children, and people of all ages and needs. She finds it most rewarding when a client tells that they have received great benefit from the massage. She feels that educating her clients about their bodies and providing self-care techniques is an important part of getting the most of their massage.

Brenda is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, AMTA.

Brenda has four grandchildren whom she adores and devotes much of her free time to be with them. She enjoys kayaking, hiking, and other outdoor activities.
