Your massage will be performed in a comfortable, relaxing and safe environment. You may disrobe to your comfort level, or not at all. Your therapist will go over your history with you and determine what your goals are for the massage session. Methods of massage and depth of pressure will be modified to obtain the best possible outcomes. Your therapist may ask you for feedback throughout the massage regarding tenderness or pressure to ensure that it is right for you. You are encouraged to breathe deeply and relax throughout the session and to inform the therapist of any discomfort you may have. We make you our top priority!
Appointments for massage are generally required in advance but occasionally we may accommodate walk-ins. Due to the demand for massage services we do require that cancellations for massage be made 24 hours in advance. We ask all massage clients to sign an agreement to this policy and reserve the right to charge the full price for missed sessions or last-minute cancellations. Changes due to emergency or illness are acceptable.
