Ana graduated from East-West Healing Arts Institute in 2023, and she is currently a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist – a gentle, research-backed technique that supports lymphatic health and reduces swelling.
She enjoys working with a variety of people, from children to adults and senior citizens from all walks of life. She has knowledge of many body conditions and uses that information to provide specific massage therapy for each person as an individual. She has training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Therapy. She is also continuing her education in Cranial Sacral Therapy to specialize in this modality.
In her free time, Ana loves to garden and to take small trips to visit Door County and Bayfield. She also has one son.
Ana is credentialed with Quartz Medicare Advantage and is available at the Waunakee location on Thursdays.
