Inspired by his father, Nels Bakke DC, Dr. David completed his chiropractic education and joined Bakke Clinic in 1980. He received his undergraduate education at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and his doctorate in chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. David is currently a member of the Wisconsin Chiropractic Association and American Chiropractic Association.
Dr. David has advanced training in the treatment of musculoskeletal spinal conditions that afflict the back, neck, and extremities. In addition, he is certified in nutritional counseling.
The opportunity to help patients of all ages with spinal related problems that cause pain and joint dysfunction is extremely satisfying to Dr. David. He truly enjoys seeing the improvements the patients make knowing that he is making a significant difference in their quality of life.
Dr. David and his wife Kelly have two amazing daughters. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, hiking, golfing, and time in Door County.
