Dr. Alex grew up just outside of Madison, WI in the village of Waunakee. After high school, he attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and graduated in 2017 with an exercise-sports science degree and a nutrition minor. After graduation, he attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa from 2017-2021. He is excited to move back to the Madison area and feels fortunate to have the ability to serve the communities where he grew up.
Dr. Alex is proficient in numerous techniques and often utilizes Diversified, Gonstead, Activator, Flexion-Distraction, Thompson drops and extremity adjustments. He enjoys treating patients of all ages because chiropractic is for everyone in all stages of life. He enjoys working with patients who understand the importance of taking care of their body and he looks forward to educating those who need the help.
Dr. Alex became a chiropractor to promote a healthy lifestyle through a holistic lens. He considers himself a facilitator of healing. By putting the body in correct alignment, the nervous system becomes free of interference and can thus, perform and heal efficiently. Dr. Alex takes pride in getting patients back to doing what they love and educating them on what it takes to continue to enjoy the lifestyle they choose to live.
When Dr. Alex is not seeing patients, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and friends who still live in the area. He especially enjoys anything outdoors whether that be spending time on the lake in his family’s boat, hiking, biking, playing pickup basketball or going for runs. He is an avid Packers and Bucks fan and loves to watch sports on the weekends.
